Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Salt Water Sandals, but if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure the soles are unmarked and the sandals are in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Sandals

  Place the unworn sandals back into their original shoebox and secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer or box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
